Fashion Illustration

In this class, our Co-Founder will guide you to illustrate your idea into a professional fashion illustration.

Fashion Illustration is the art of communicating fashion ideas in a visual form. It enables you to brainstorm ideas or show it to your future clients.

Throughout the course, you will learn drawing technique, proportion of fashion figure, shading, contouring and coloring with different application. Explore your own style and characteristics while learning. This course can be divided into three parts: Human Anatomy, Garment Application, Color Application.

About Instructor

Emily Wijaya

Emily Wijaya is a passionate individual both in fashion and in teaching. She has taught as a fashion design lecturer in a prominent college and has more than ten years of experience in teaching. Her all-around skills and teaching experience enable her to create programs and courses that fit specific goals. Ms. Emily is a half-Japanese half-Indonesian, raised in Jakarta, and lived in California throughout her academic year. She graduated with a BFA degree from Otis College of Art and Design, USA, and she had mentorship during her study with Billabong, Juicy Couture, and Monique Lhuillier. Her experience working with local designer, Oscar Lawalata early in her career helped her develop a deep appreciation of Indonesian traditional textiles.
